Bamboo
has many utilities in construction. It's used in struturation
as column, beam and ballast among other functions. Can
be used as tile, ceiling and knob. It's adequated to be
used as water pipes. Houses built with bamboo are earthquake
resisting, as seen in Colombia. On this event
most concrete houses fell, killing a number of people.
Bamboo ones resisted intact.
